It's fully washable, so when you're done you rinse the head under the tap instead of picking hair out of it, and it works wet or dry depending on whether you're shaving in the shower or between other things. A rechargeable lithium battery means no disposable batteries to keep track of — just plug it in with the included USB cable when it's low.
